1. What types of bedside lamps do you sell? We focus exclusively on bedside lamps (also called nightstand lamps or bedroom table lamps). Our collection includes modern designs, vintage-inspired pieces, adjustable reading lamps, dimmable options, USB charging ports, and more — perfect for any bedroom decor.
2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not currently available.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer the following convenient shipping methods to the US:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20 – Ideal if you need your bedside lamp quickly.
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Enjoy free delivery on most orders (no minimum required).
- Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 – Same reliable standard option at no extra cost.
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10 – A budget-friendly paid alternative for certain items or preferences.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and start after your order is processed (usually 1-2 business days). Business days exclude weekends and US holidays. Tracking is provided for all orders.
4. How much does shipping cost? It depends on the option you choose at checkout: Express is $20, one Standard option is $10, and we offer free shipping on the popular 7-14 business day service. Many customers love our free shipping — it's our way of saying thank you!
5. How long does it take to process and ship my order? Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During busy periods (like holidays), it may take up to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your package is on its way.
6. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for most items. If you're not completely satisfied with your bedside lamp, return it in original condition (unused, with all tags and packaging) for a full refund or exchange.
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged/defective (we'll cover it in that case).
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the return. Contact us at support@turn-investment.com to start a return.
7. Are your bedside lamps covered by any warranty? Yes! All our lamps come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. If something goes wrong, reach out and we'll make it right.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or messages? Absolutely! During checkout, you can add gift wrapping (small fee may apply) and include a personalized message. Perfect for gifting a stylish bedside lamp to someone special.
9. How do I track my order? Once shipped, you'll get an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your Turn-investment account.
10. Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@turn-investment.com — we'll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once shipped, it's harder to modify, but we can help with returns if needed.
